Scottish Terrier Club of the Piedmont
The club’s annual Specialty & Sweepstakes is on for the November 2026 weekend — with a supported entry at the Furniture City Kennel Club all-breed shows — per stcpiedmont.org. The club is currently sponsoring rosettes for the November 2026 Specialty & Sweepstakes and taking reservations for a Southern BBQ on Saturday, November 7. In past years the club has run its specialties out of the fairgrounds’ Garden Building.
Mid-Atlantic Swedish Vallhund League — Little Viking FestiVall
The club describes its Little Viking FestiVall as a weekend of fun in Winston-Salem each November: a fun day on Friday with Vallhunds and friends — learning opportunities and chances to try a new sport — followed by the 2-day show Saturday and Sunday hosted by the Furniture City Kennel Club, per masvl.dog. The fairgrounds sit on the north side of Winston-Salem, reachable from I-40. The fairgrounds’ main address is 569 Fairgrounds Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. For the Forsyth Kennel Club’s March 2024 shows at the same venue, exhibitors and the public entered through Gate 7 off Shorefair Drive — expect a designated gate for the Furniture City shows too.
